Aldrich, P.E., Director of Environmental Services, is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York State with over 25 years of experience in solid and hazardous waste management, permitting, investigation and remediation of contaminated sites, water discharges and impacts and pesticides compliance. |

Stephen Hammond, P.E., Principal, has more than 35 years of experience in the environmental engineering field. He is the former Director of NYSDEC’s Div of Solid & Hazardous Materials and recently DEC’s coordinator to the 2009 State Energy Plan and support to the 2011 Climate Action Plan. He is also the Past President of the Association of State and Territorial Solid Waste Management Official (ASTSWMO). |

Peter J. Kelleher, P.E., Senior Environmental Engineer, is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York State with more than 10 years of experience. Mr. Kelleher’s primary emphasis has been construction supervision, resident engineering and environmental permitting. |

Davis, CPG, is a Hydrogeologist with more than 14 years of experience in environmental investigations and remediation, hydrogeology evaluations, project management and litigation support. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Michigan State University, and a Master of Science degree in Geology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. |

DiCerbo, P.E. is a Senior Environmental Engineer with over 10 years of experience in environmental permitting, environmental impact assessment, monitoring, construction oversight, environmental litigation, site investigations and remedial actions. She has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Union College and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. |

Aimee N. Rutledge, CPESC, CPSWQ, is an Environmental Consultant with over 11 years of experience involving a wide range of engineering and environmental projects in the fields of solid waste management, site development, water and wastewater facilities, transportation, structural, planning, wetland restoration, stormwater management, wetland delineation, environmental permitting, threatened and endangered species, and GIS. She has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Rhode Island. Her continuing education includes courses taken with the Institute for Environmental Education and Research, Cornell Cooperative Extension and the State University of New York. |

Jessica Kelly is an Environmental Engineer experienced with environmental sampling and monitoring including the preparation and implementation of HASP and CAMP air quality monitoring plans; the development of stormwater management and spill prevention, control, and countermeasure (SPCC) plans; and the operations of alternative on-lot wastewater disposal systems. |

Nathan Shaffer is an Environmental Engineer with four years of experience working on municipal and private projects relative to sanitary sewer system evaluation and design, invasive species filtration, paired watershed analysis, and Inflow and Infiltration (I/I) studies. His program experience includes XPSWMM hydraulic modeling and GIS mapping. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont and is a LEED Green Associate GBCI (2011) and Associate Member of ASCE. |

Charlotte Verhoef is an Environmental Engineer with experience preparing phase I and II real estate assessments; storm water pollution prevention plans; closing underground storage tanks and reported spills; health and safety plans for site work; construction inspections; and environmental sampling/monitoring reports on water quality (groundwater & surface water), contaminated soil, soil-vapor gas intrusion, and explosive gas surveys.
