- SOUTH TROY PILOT BROWNFIELDS ASSESSMENT, South Troy, New York
A United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) funded Environmental Assessment for the City of Troy of 56 parcels along the Hudson River as part of a comprehensive brownfields effort involving public and community outreach and participation. Involved a team including River Street Planning and Development and Transportation Concepts. Led to further USEPA funding of a presently on-going Phase II Environmental Assessment of these parcels, including field sampling and analysis.
