• KTI/CASELLA MERGER
  STERLING performed environmental due diligence on 40 sites, which were the subject of Casella’s acquisition of KTI. Sites were located in the states of Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Oregon and Arizona.
