STERLING'S Public Participation Plans are developed in accordance with the procedures established in the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) Commissioner Policy 29 (CP-29), Environmental Justice and Permitting. The Public Participation Plans aim to help ensure meaningful and effective public participation throughout the NYSDEC environmental permit review process.
